Snapmatic was thrilled to partner with the talented team at TBA PLC to deliver a unique and custom AI Photo booth brand activation at an F1 Fan zone for Lenovo.

This activation was a key component of an engagement campaign centered around Lenovo’s role in supporting Formula 1.

Our mission was to create an unforgettable experience that would resonate with guests and amplify Lenovo's brand in the lead up to the F1 event in Silverstone in July 2024.


The full suite of activities included a VR5 motion simulators as well as an AI driver filter photos, enabling guests could immerse themselves in the full F1 energy!

A key component of this AI Photo Booth brand activation was a 'no onsite hardware' approach to the activation - we had no AI photo booth onsite - rather guests were invited to scan a QR code and run through the brand activation on their own mobile devices. This mobile first approach allows the activation to be run without taking up physical space at a brand activation - as well as reduces any bottle necks created any queues.

The AI Photo booth brand activation was designed to be simple to engage with, and ensuring that each participant left with a unique and highly personalized piece of branded content. With the added incentive for social posting by way of a prize draw for tickets to the F1 the following week.

This activation for Lenovo underscored the power of a Hyper-Personalized AI brand activation in driving engagement at scale. By transforming guests into F1 drivers, we not only created a memorable experience but also reinforced Lenovo’s brand positioning within the world of Formula 1.
